Project of two office buildings planned at 262 Fordonska
Street in Bydgoszcz.
Office buildings designed on doubled T-shape plan that allows:
to maximize office area at each floor, to divide floor up to
6 office modules, to provide direct access to lifts, hall and
toilettes for every tenant as well as to shorten distance of
installation supply.
T-shape plan together with external blinds and openable
windows assure a perfect daylight floor coverage, implicating
substantial energy saving as well as creating friendly
environment for users.
Commercial ground floor, with net height 4m, allows to fulfill
flexible requirements of tenants. That floor is lifted above
ground level. Entries to main lobbies are located under arcades.
